Do leaders demonstrate integrity, moral courage and genuine accountability? Is staff wellbeing a real priority?
Does leadership actively champion equity, diversity and belonging, for staff as much as for pupils?
Does the school invest in its people and grow the next generation of leaders through coaching, CPD and succession?
Does the governing body challenge, support and hold leaders to account with intelligence, rigour and genuine engagement?
